My weekend

I have a newfound appreciation for Washington state, after having spent the last three days in Phoenix, Arizona. The thermostat on our car today said the temperature was 117 degrees. Is that even possible? It was very, very hot. I am exhausted after making repeated trips inside to an air conditioned 68 degrees, and outside where it was at least 40 degrees warmer, not to mention spending all weekend in emotionally-exhausting meetings. (More on that another day.)

Needless to say, I'm glad to be home.
