I laughed last night.
For the first time in two weeks.
I sat on the couch with my kids and grandkids and watched American Idol and we talked, and for the first time in two weeks I had a feeling of "normalcy".
It was a real live, honest to goodness, conversation. Emphasis on honest.
It felt SO good.
If you don't know what's going on, this won't make any sense to you.
If you do know, you'll understand.

I think of you so often and pray for you Anita.
I remember when I felt the sun would never shine, the days would never end, the laughter would never come and the tears would never stop. It was hard for me to praise God for his great faithfulness and for his mercies that are new every morning. Yet, as I began doing so, his presence once again "felt" real, even though it had never left me.
Joy does come in the morning and it can even come in the
"mourning".
Praise God for his creation. That eagle was indeed a blessing from our gracious and ever faithful Father.
I love you~
