Freaking...freaking about Christmas. Have not had time to even think about what i will bet the kids or grandkids. Usually have a plan by now. Mama being sick is all i have thought about. Anyway Freaking.....Second note..I know you are doing the weight watchers thing. Check out this web site http://ga.essortment.com/whatisflaxsee_pfy.htm . A personel trainer told my daughter about the benefit of Flax Seed. Might help.
